Job summary

The Privacy Program Manager role at The Cigna Group is responsible for governing online privacy technologies across our digital landscape. You will lead cross-functional teams, align platform capabilities with privacy requirements, and drive practical decisions, controls, and measurable results.

You will report to the Chief Privacy Counsel and coordinate with privacy, legal, information security, engineering, product, marketing, procurement, and business units to advance enterprise privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years leading complex privacy, technology, security, or enterprise programs.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms through implementation, governance, and operations.
• Strong program management and governance skills including roadmaps, risks, budgets, governance, vendor management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to explain websites, cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, APIs, consent tools, and related data flows.
• Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, and business teams and move work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Turn privacy leadership goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
• Manage governance and day-to-day operation of online privacy technology platforms.
• Maintain clear decision rights, intake processes, and escalation paths.
• Turn platform findings into actions, remove barriers, and manage risks.
• Maintain visibility of covered sites/apps, owners, platform status, issues, and dependencies.
• Support privacy impact assessments for new or changing online privacy technologies.
• Provide clear reporting on program progress, coverage, findings, aging, and resource needs.
• Manage platform providers, product roadmaps, licenses, contracts, budgets, and performance.
• Improve the program by simplifying work and embedding privacy into digital initiatives.
• Support incident response by preserving platform evidence and coordinating with teams.
