Job summary

Bluesight seeks a Senior Privacy Program Optimization Manager to own engagement health across the PrivacyPro customer base, coordinating resources and driving value for health systems, hospitals, and providers nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare privacy or compliance, credentials such as CHPC/CHC/CIPP/US or RHIA, and proven ability to manage portfolios, run gap analyses, and partner with privacy officers and executives to prevent renewal risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare privacy, compliance, or health information management within a hospital or health system.
• Direct experience running, supporting, or auditing a healthcare privacy program, including access monitoring, breach investigation, and HIPAA compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with patient privacy monitoring technology, EHR audit logs and access controls, and HIPAA/HITECH regulatory requirements preferred.
• Experience in customer engagement, account management, or implementation within healthcare or hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Cohort Management: Own engagement health across the full PrivacyPro customer base and ensure each at-risk account has a named owner and plan.
• Engagement Metrics & Reporting: Define and maintain the PrivacyPro engagement scorecard and publish recurring executive summaries for portfolio health.
• Proactive Account Intervention: Diagnose gaps, re-engage customers, and deploy internal experts to restore track.
• Professional Services Orchestration: Direct traffic for the privacy Professional Services team and scope timeboxed engagements.
• CS & Sales Enablement: Prepare CSMs and Account Managers with context ahead of renewals and expansion conversations.
• Best Practices & Thought Leadership: Develop and maintain the PrivacyPro Engagement Playbook and lead webinars/content to raise program maturity.
• Voice of the Customer: Represent privacy program challenges to Product and Engineering to mitigate renewal/expansion risk.
