Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in privacy litigation.
• Experience with all stages of pre-trial litigation (briefing, discovery, depositions).
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze laws and regulatory frameworks and contribute to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work on groundbreaking privacy litigation for marquee tech and retail clients.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams and outside counsel.
• Support all phases of litigation from pre-trial to depositions.
