The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of pre-trial litigation, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-centered practice. Superior academics and top AmLaw experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Join the privacy litigation team and work on pre-trial litigation, including briefing, discovery, document production, and depositions.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategy.
• Represent marquee tech and retail clients across multiple offices.
• Contribute to high-quality written and oral advocacy in complex matters.
