Job summary

Cyrad Solutions LLC in New York seeks an experienced SRE Infrastructure Software Engineer to own the full lifecycle of our telecom deployment systems, ensuring resilience, security, and privacy at scale.

You will build greenfield infrastructure, instrument systems, monitor performance, and lead accreditation efforts (FedRAMP/ATO) in a fast-paced startup environment with in-person collaboration in DC or NYC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Software Eng or SRE roles designing high-availability systems.
• Proficiency in Golang, Rust, Java/Kotlin or Python with AWS.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Passion for privacy and national-scale implications.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilience by building and maintaining instrumentation and monitoring tools for a global system.
• Bridge the gap by integrating modern software practices with complex telecommunications infrastructure (4G/5G cores, IMS).
• Own the accreditation process (FedRAMP/ATO) and define engineering excellence in a high-stakes environment.
• Balance immediate mission-critical needs with long-term product vision.
