Job summary

itD is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale privacy and data governance initiatives supporting program execution, compliance, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in privacy programs, data governance, legal operations, and cross-functional project management to coordinate complex workstreams and drive initiatives to completion.

Location: Hybrid – RTP, NC. Duration: 4 months.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management or program management.
Experience in privacy programs or data governance.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Privacy, Product.
Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale privacy, data governance, and program initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, deliverables, and status reporting.
Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Product, and other functions to drive execution.
Facilitate meetings, establish objectives, document decisions and actions.
Design and implement improved processes, workflows, and governance practices.
Support budgeting, financial reporting, and program materials.
