Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of law firm litigation experience.
• Experience handling privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, class action, or complex federal court litigation is strongly preferred.
• Strong case management, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Active bar admission and good standing in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Lead fact investigations and develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Coordinate litigation teams and handle day-to-day case management.
• Conduct and defend depositions and negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Support clients facing privacy-related disputes, cyber incidents, and consumer claims.
• Collaborate with partners on large-scale federal and state court matters.
