Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in privacy and compliance program management including management of teams.
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor; privacy or compliance certifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the privacy and compliance program and its daily operations.
• Develops, implements, and maintains applicable policies and procedures.
• Monitors program compliance and investigates incidents and breaches.
• Ensures patient rights in accordance with federal and state laws.
