Froedtert Health in Wisconsin seeks a seasoned privacy and compliance leader to direct our privacy program and related operations at our Woodland Prime 400 facility in MENOMONEE FALLS. This role focuses on policy development, incident tracking, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and state laws.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in privacy program management, a JD, and relevant certifications. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and leadership opportunities are offered.
Directs and oversees the privacy and compliance program and its daily operations, including but not limited to: development, implementation, and maintenance of applicable policies and procedures, monitoring program compliance, investigation and tracking of incidents and breaches and insuring patients' rights in compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Works to ensure roles, responsibilities, and results are efficiently coordinated and collectively optimizing the effectiveness of the privacy program and compliance operations.
8 or more years’ experience in privacy and compliance program management including management of teams.
Bachelors and Juris Doctor degree. Additional certifications in privacy or compliance.
Current licensure to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, or be eligible to seek admission to practice in Wisconsin.
