Job summary

BDO USA's Privacy & Data Protection practice is seeking an Associate to support privacy governance, data management, and AI governance initiatives across client engagements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, assisting with technical tasks and project management, and building experience across engagement teams while interacting with professionals at all levels. Travel may be required to support on-site client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, CS, cybersecurity, or business management is required.
• MBA or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in privacy and AI governance maturity assessments.
• Performs Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) or AI risk assessments.
• Develops policies and procedures and client reports.
• Assists with data inventories and data maps.
• Supports client interviews and documents findings and recommendations.
