Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Business Management.
• MBA or JD preferred for advanced roles.
• Internships or professional experience in data management, technology, compliance, or business management.

Responsibilities

• Participates in privacy and AI governance maturity assessments per applicable regulations or frameworks.
• Performs PIAs or AI risk assessments for client systems, vendors, or processing activities.
• Develops policies and procedures to support privacy programs.
• Manages project responsibilities related to information management tasks.
• Assists with client reports, findings, and recommendations.
• Assists with data inventories and data maps.
• Utilizes OneTrust to support privacy program operations.
• Develops and maintains client status and assessment reports.
• Supports data subject access requests by aggregating data sets and formulating responses.
• Conducts research to ensure up-to-date solutions for clients.
• Budgets time and oversees multiple project requests; monitors tasks and risks.
• Travel as necessary.
