Job summary

Centurion Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Washington State Prison in Davisboro, GA. The role is full-time, day shift, with 7:00 AM–5:30 PM hours and 40 hours per week. Weekend coverage is a 12-hour shift with one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required or equivalent.
• GA RN license must be active.
• CPR certification must be active.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety, security, and infection control protocols.
• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
