Overview

As a SERVPRO Priority Responder, you will be at the forefront of our emergency response efforts. When disaster strikes, you\u2019ll be the first on the scene, providing critical support and selling our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to affected homeowners and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response and Sales: Respond promptly to fire/water emergencies as they are happening, 24/7. Evaluate and assess the situation to find the decision maker and make contact. Educate the property owner/decision maker on our restoration & reconstruction services in order to secure the sale.
• Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate with dispatch and on-call team members to ensure a coordinated response. Collaborate with other members of our sales team to ensure consistent communication and marketing efforts.
• Client Assistance: Provide support, comfort, and guidance to clients and their families during emergency situations. Offer information about our fire and water damage restoration services, showcasing our expertise and dedication to restoring normalcy after a disaster.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in public adjusting, emergency response, fire/water restoration is a plus.

• Compensation: 1099 contract; Commission only; Uncapped commission
• Schedule: Evenings as needed; Monday to Friday; No travel
