Qualifications

• Proven experience with insurance verification of commercial and HMO plans and ability to demonstrate understanding of technical medical terminology (e.g. copayment, deductible, coinsurance, primary/ secondary payor, referral).
• Proven experience with obtaining prior authorizations for various exams through Evicore, AIM, Healthcare Partners websites, as well as directly from insurance companies via phone.
• Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently on the phone and in person.
