Coloredge is seeking a Print Technician/Customer Service Representative to become an integral member of our team in New York. The role combines hands-on printing tasks with front-line customer service, ensuring quality and timely results for client projects.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining print equipment, handling large and small format jobs, assisting with inventory, and supporting workflow across production and front desk.

Qualifications

• Experience with Large and Small Format Printing.
• Experience working within the printing industry.
• Attention to detail of work.
• Experience with Photoshop and other graphics programs.
• Computer Skills to include: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Publisher, etc..
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to follow processes, safety standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Print, Scans, and copy jobs in accordance with instructions.
• Maintains and cleans all equipment on a regular basis.
• Assists in the inventory and organization of all supplies.
• Assist other team members and managers to increase efficiency in job processes and production.
• Provide front counter assistance to customers as needed.
