Qualifications

• Associate degree in Printing Technology or related field.
• 24 months of experience in Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of flexographic or rotogravure printing processes.
• Experience with Lean and root cause analysis.
• Experience with machine setup and troubleshooting Lamination and plate processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize printing and production processes to meet efficiency and quality targets.

• Demonstrated knowledge in industrial printing processes such as flexographic or rotogravure, or similar. Demonstrated knowledge of Process optimization and continuous improvement, such as Lean, root cause analysis. Demonstrated knowledge in machine setup, troubleshooting, performance analysis Lamination, and plate (Clicheria) processes.
