Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour, including shift differential, based on experience. This position offers a Compensation Tier Program aimed at training towards the Printer position. Ask for details about the rate and program.

Hours: Night shift, 7:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Friday, with the last shift ending Saturday morning. Additional voluntary overtime may be available.

Job Description: We are seeking a Press Operator to fill an immediate opening in Pittsfield, MA. The qualified candidate, also known as a Print Technician, will have the following skills and abilities with a goal of advancing to a Rotogravure Printer:

• Demonstrates a good attitude and punctuality
• Follows instructions and pays attention to detail
• Communicates effectively
• Works well in a fast-paced environment alongside Rotogravure Printers
• Can lift 40 or more pounds
• Has mechanical aptitude to learn Rotogravure Printing

Preferred qualifications include vocational training in machine shop, previous relevant work experience, ability to see color, and interest in the printing industry. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the rotogravure press, assisting with operation, maintaining inventories, and understanding color development techniques.
