Job summary

Taylor Corporation, North Mankato, MN, is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm). You will prepare and operate printing press equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure quality per job specs.

In this role you will check ink and paper, coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines, and follow safety procedures. DailyPay and a $3,000 new hire incentive are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances.
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability.
• Good reading ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment following job specs and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks and check color, type, size, and quantity of paper.
• Coordinate with Production Team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines while following safety procedures.
