Job summary

Vivid Impact is seeking a Printing Press Operator to set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori presses to produce high-quality printed products.

The role requires 5+ years of press experience on multiple brands, HS diploma, strong color matching, and meticulous documentation. The position supports a 3rd shift: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, with comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), or Man Roland printing presses.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform roller changes and routine press maintenance.
• Accurately log production data and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Job Overview

The Printing Press Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses to produce high-quality printed products. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, productivity, and equipment performance.

Available Shifts

3rd Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), or Man Roland printing presses required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of press operation and setup.
• General roller maintenance knowledge.
• Good color recognition and matching ability.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
