Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Printing Press Assistant for the Printing Department in Wisconsin. The role supports production by ensuring quality, preparing orders, and handling finished rolls. You may also fill in for the Press Operator as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and basic mechanical/math skills, with preferred experience on printing equipment. You will work a rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule with day/night rotation and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience with printing equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and team focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepare for upcoming orders.
• Package/wrap finished rolls.
• Monitor viscosities and complete PH forms.
• Find ink on specification sheet and disperse.
• Operate forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Fill-in for the Press Operator when necessary.
