Responsibilities

• Prepares for upcoming jobs by ordering paper, loading ink and paper, and ensuring stock is ready.
• Reviews job tickets and loads correct paper; inspects stock for defects and reports issues to the press operator.
• Assists with press start-up, maintains correct ink levels, and helps with make-ready to speed setup.
• Moves loads of printed and unprinted stock as needed; assists with press setup and webbing.
• Ensures quality checks and correct color, reports any defects, and supports other pressroom tasks to minimize downtime.
