Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate supplies are available in the work area to perform bindery work efficiently, such as pallets, boxes, etc.
• Prepare pallet or containers/boxes for material movement while operator is setting up job.
• Inspect sheets to ensure quality standards are met. Check product for quality such as mixed codes, straightness, etc. Remove defective products.
• Notify operator of any quality issues.
• Stack jobs on skids or in boxes neatly to ensure efficiency.
• Assist operator when needed.
• Clean, organize and maintain stacking and machine areas continually to ensure a clean, safe and productive work environment.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
