ProAmpac in Neenah, WI is seeking a Printing Press Assistant to support the Printing Department. You will follow quality requirements, prepare for orders, and help with packaging finished rolls.

The role involves monitoring viscosities, dispersing ink per specification, operating forklift equipment, and stepping in for the Press Operator when needed. A high school diploma and basic mechanical skills are preferred, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with printing equipment a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepares for upcoming orders.
• Packages/wraps finished rolls.
• Monitors viscosities and completes PH forms.
• Finds ink on specification sheet and disperses.
• Uses forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Ability to fill-in for the Press Operator when necessary.
