Job summary

BEL USA is seeking a Printing Operator to uphold the company's mission and values while delivering customer-conformant printed products. The role focuses on operating printing presses, loading materials, inspecting output for color accuracy, and maintaining equipment performance.

You will follow safety policies, support team collaboration, attend regularly, and perform duties as assigned by management. On-site position in Medley, FL with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Essential functions: Load, position and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms.
• Push buttons, turn handles or move controls to start printing machines.
• Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
• Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain operating levels and detect malfunctions; adjust as needed.
• Place printed items in ovens to dry or set ink.
• Reliable, regular attendance is essential.
• Supports teamwork through active participation and helping team ideas work.
• Performs duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

• Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
• Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions; make any necessary adjustments.
• Place printed items in ovens to dry or set ink.
• Reliable, regular attendance is essential.
• Supports teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas work.
• Performs duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
