Job summary

Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print® Press Operator to operate HP Indigo press technology in production. You will ensure high-quality output, follow SOPs, and meet turnaround targets while working 2nd shift in Wisconsin. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required if offered the position.

2nd shift hours are 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Monday to Thursday, with a shift differential of $1.00/hour. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Web-to-Print® Press Operator

to be responsible for the operation of the HP Indigo Press Technology utilized in production in the Web-to-Print® Division. Must be responsive to customer needs. Overtime and flexible hours will be required. Expected to operate the machine at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift hours are from 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday - Thursday

Pay:

• $21 - $23 per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.
• The shift differential for 2nd shift is $1.00 more per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
• Ability to effectively utilize (writing, speaking, reading) the English language.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.

• Ability to give, receive and analyze information.
• Ability to effectively navigate and operate a computer.
• Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.

• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. May be required to work some overtime and on other shifts.

• Ability to: use hands for 100% of work time; reach above shoulders for 50% of work time; and use feet to operate machines for 30% of work time.
• Ability to lift: 10 pounds or less 25% of work time; 25 pounds or less 30% of work time; 50 pounds or less 25% of work time; and may lift 100 pounds or less 5% of work time.
• May be required to use sense of smell.
