Managers are usually promoted within 18-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

We are looking for a Printing Manager who can establish repeatable processes in the department and also roll up their sleeves and work side by side with the team. This is a large and well regarded facility accustomed to excellence. They have a great team in place, many tenured employees and are eager for a great leader after the most recent Manager was promoted to Plant Manager.
