Job summary

MasterTag is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production team in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment. You will supervise production supervisors, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and optimize schedules and processes to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in printing/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and converting/finishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Coach and develop production supervisors and hourly staff including temporary workers.
• Monitor OEE, downtime, waste, throughput, and efficiency to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and improve equipment reliability.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement for waste reduction and process optimization.
• Plan and coordinate schedules, staffing, materials, and equipment to meet demand.
• Build a high-performing team through training and performance management.
