Glenroy, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking a Printing Assistant to support press operators, prep materials, mix inks, and ensure quality in a climate-controlled facility. You’ll work closely with production teams to deliver high-quality printed packaging nationwide.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient operations with strong attention to color accuracy and standard procedures, plus a comprehensive benefits package and on-site training. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Flexo printing preferred.
• Able to read standard ruler measurements.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with team members.
• Proficient in color matching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct stock and inks.
• Make quality related decisions using product tests.
• Mix ink and maintain required viscosities.
• Prepare the press for the next run with line clearance.
• Test raw materials and finished products using established methods.
• Enter data into the computer system for materials.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Provide communication at shift change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
