Job Description

The role involves utilizing software tools to monitor and proactively manage print devices, checking for issues such as low supplies, errors, connectivity faults, and lack of functionality. Responsibilities include providing print driver installation and networking support, basic training, managing help desk and service calls, and preparing basic reports.

Qualifications

Required Candidate Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer and basic network skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting purposes
  • Web access and Internet skills, including sending/receiving emails, file management, and data entry
  • Ability to navigate internet browsers like Internet Explorer
