• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


• Employment Type: Direct Hire


• Travel: 100% local travel throughout Goshen, Elkhart, and Warsaw areas

What You'll Do:

As a Printer Technician, you'll install, service, and maintain Xerox and Canon printers and multifunction devices, keeping businesses running smoothly across several industries including construction, architecture, government, and manufacturing. Most of your day will be spent traveling to customer locations, solving problems on the fly, and delivering top-tier technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair small format printers, including component replacement


• Configure and troubleshoot network and software issues


• Educate customers on printer maintenance and operation


• Maintain accurate service records and manage part inventories


• Collaborate with the service team and stay current on evolving printer technologies

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience working with Xerox and/or Canon small-format machines


• Strong mechanical, networking, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and customer service mindset


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in dynamic, on-site environments
