Job summary

Premier-Systems-Inc is seeking a Repair Services Associate for 1st shift (6:45am–3:15pm) on site in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will repair printers and handheld devices, perform basic service tasks, and document work with symptom codes and parts replacement.

Follow established work instructions, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality. This is a 6‑month contract with potential extension or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on printers, handheld devices, and large-format printers.
• Document work with symptom codes and parts replacement.
• Follow established work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation updates.
• Resolve basic issues under direct supervision and conduct simple analysis.
