Job summary

INA Solution is seeking an Electrical Engineer focused on hardware and PCB design in Denver, CO. The role requires hands-on electronic hardware development from concept through manufacturing, with emphasis on robust PCB schemes and rigorous validation.

You will design PCBs using Altium Designer, capture schematics, and work across prototyping, bring-up, testing, and production, while occasionally traveling for field deployments in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience designing and building physical electronic hardware.
• Strong experience with PCB design and schematic capture.
• Hands–on experience with Altium Designer.
• Experience taking a PCB through the full development cycle: design → prototype → bring‑up → testing → manufacturing.
• Strong board‑level debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, and other electronics lab equipment.
• Programming experience in C, C++, and/or Python.
• Understanding of circuit design, power management, signal integrity, and hardware validation.
• Willingness to travel periodically for field deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware development from design to manufacturing, ensuring robust and manufacturable PCBs.
• Design, prototype, test, and iterate PCBs through the full development cycle.
• Perform board bring‑up, debugging, and validation across lab and field environments.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced, ownership‑driven team to meet project milestones.
