Job summary

Amcor in Phoenix seeks a dependable Material Handler to support the Print Team by replenishing warehouse materials and ensuring smooth production flow. You will move materials, label inventory, palletize finished goods, operate conveyors and a pallet jack, and work with QA to fix labeling issues.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with a starting pay of $19.00/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential. Typical schedule is 8-hour swing shifts, Mon-Fri, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and record in quality and production logs.
• Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to and from storage areas to manufacturing areas.
• Identify and label materials, record location for inventory.
• Palletize and record finished goods; operate conveyors and pallet jack.
• Stock production floor to keep presses running; communicate with techs.
• Support QC on mislabeled products and ensure safety practices.
