Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service for print needs and produce professionally finished products using print equipment. You will join a fun, team-oriented retail culture with immediate hiring and on-site training.

People in this role greet customers, ask questions to identify print solutions, and assist with self-service tasks and shipping as needed. Flexible part-time scheduling and growth opportunities are offered along with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to meet store needs (part-time).
• Ability to deliver a total print solution to customers.
• High attention to quality and detail.
• Basic computer skills including Word and file handling.
• Team-oriented collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business info.
• Ability to lift/move supplies 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Capture project details with order intake tools for total solution.
• Assist customers using self-service copy/PC rentals.
• Qualify questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
