You will produce professionally finished products using print equipment and assist customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting. Training in print is provided, with chances for career growth and flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to handle many customers and provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills; opening, saving and sending files; MS Word.
• Ability to collaborate in a high paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a cooperative, nonconfrontational way.
• Uphold honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Able to lift/move supplies 10–50 pounds; stand and walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
