Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service in a Print Solutions department.
• Ability to build relationships by asking open-ended questions.
• Operate order intake tools and capture project information.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Generate leads through qualifying questions during consultations.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
