Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and produce professionally finished print projects using in-store equipment. You will be part of a friendly, team-oriented retail culture and receive on-the-job training for print production.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
