Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in the Print Solutions department. You will produce professionally finished products using print equipment and help customers with their print needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, on-site work, and benefits as part of Staples’ team-oriented culture. Training on print production will be provided and opportunities for career growth are noted.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and keen eye to notice quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files and use Word or similar programs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10-50 pound range and stand/walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
