Staples is hiring a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service in our Print Solutions department. You will produce professionally finished print products and assist customers with a friendly, team-oriented approach.

Training is provided, and interviews may be scheduled quickly after applying. Role emphasizes flexible part-time hours, the ability to handle multiple customers, and accurate order intake using self-service tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate copy machines and PC rentals.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control.
• Able to lift 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copying needs.
• Use order intake tools to gather project information and propose a total print solution.
• Assist customers with the self-service area and machines.
• Qualify questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
