Staples, Inc. is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print equipment and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and identify print needs with a friendly approach.
• Assist customers in selecting print solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and provide totals.
• Assist customers at self-service stations with machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to uncover additional print opportunities.
• Maintain a cooperative, fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Ask open-ended questions to build relationships and understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PCs.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping).
