Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Ability to open, save and send electronic files and use Microsoft Word.
• Attention to detail with quality control in printing.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Identify print needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and provide print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PCs.
• Generate leads by qualifying questions during consultations.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping assistance).
