Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; may need to pass a basic copier technology exam.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order desk or window for walk-up customer order submission.
• Check order entry web submissions for customer orders.
• Make copies and prints for customers and bind documents.
• Finish print orders including padding, laminating, and cutting.
• Maintain paper and supplies for facility equipment.
• Answer customer calls and transfer as needed.
• Deliver finished jobs to customers or department sites.
• Provide general customer care to facility staff.
• Regular attendance is essential for this role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
