Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus.
• Good basic math skills.
• Able to speak/read/write English proficiently.
• Legible handwriting/printing.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities.

Responsibilities

• Verify and withdraw materials.
• Set up and operate equipment.
• Hand stack lined paper from the print machine at varying speeds.
• Use viscometer, pumps, scales and hoist.
• Iron adhesive to materials.
• Stock materials as needed.
• Complete production documentation and quality checks.
• Willing to learn and perform to standard expectations.
• Willing to cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed.
• Conduct routine tasks and support continuous improvement.
