Minuteman Press is seeking an experienced Print Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity standards are met. You will lead a team of print professionals, manage equipment and supplies, and drive project timelines end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, printer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and store locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the print industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with print management software and inventory systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily print shop operations to ensure timely and high-quality production.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all machines are in proper working order.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams and other store locations to review project specifications and deadlines.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or concerns.
• Maintain quality control throughout the print process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and other documentation.
