SALARY: The salary range for this position is $44,326.42 to $67,134.41 for Schedule A, and $44,326.42 to $60,100.37 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of the base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to August 21, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after August 21, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to join the Printing and Office Services Unit in the Office of Management and Administrative Services. Under the direction of the Chief of Programs and Procedures (Court Executive 2B) and the direct supervision of the Support Staff Supervisor, this individual will operate and troubleshoot high-speed printing equipment, including Xerox and Ricoh printers, Bell + Howell inserters, and bindery equipment.
Applicants must have one year of experience in an office environment performing clerical and support services, including keyboarding and at least one of the following: document or information processing, handling payments, recording monies received, reconciling balances, or scheduling meetings.
Testing: Applicants selected for an interview must pass an exam demonstrating keyboarding skills of at least 25 words per minute or have demonstrated this competency through certification or prior employment as detailed below.
Physical Ability: Ability to perform work requiring climbing, prolonged standing, stretching, bending, reaching, and lifting supplies weighing 30-50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Driver's License: Valid in New Jersey if operation of a vehicle is necessary for the position.
Authorization to Work: US citizenship is not required; must be authorized to work in the US.
Background Check: Newly hired employees must undergo a fingerprint-based background check.
Residency Law: Must establish and maintain principal residence in New Jersey within one year of hire, unless exempted for hardship or critical employer needs.
