Job summary

PCI Group in Pineville, NC is seeking a Print Room Operator to ensure all jobs are printed to meet quality standards and volume targets. You will operate OCE, Ricoh, and Xerox printers, perform QC checks, load stock, and assist with setup.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years’ experience in a mail facility, with ability to read and write English. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar mail facility with working knowledge of both Xerox and OCE printers.
• Must possess the ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Print all letter jobs as they are spooled to the OCE, Ricoh and/or Xerox printers.
• Quality inspects print jobs as they are printed and assist with the QC procedures for all jobs coming off the print machines.
• Assist mechanic with loading proper stock for print jobs and set-up/adjustment of folder/cutters as needed.
• Record/enter data according to company SOP at the beginning and end of print jobs (spool files).
• Obtaining stock from WIP area to ensure timely print of jobs received from Computer Room.
• Change form rolls as appropriate at the start of new jobs.
• All other tasks as assigned by supervisor, manager, or Senior Management.
• Will comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements.
