Job summary

Color Copy Center Boston is seeking a Print Production Associate to support daily operations in our print shop. This hands-on role covers bindery and finishing work, equipment operation, and general shop upkeep.

You will operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and binding machines, assist with print production workflow, and handle mail and shipping tasks. Occasional local deliveries may be required; lifting up to 40 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in print shop or bindery preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn operation of cutting and finishing equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and binding machines.
• Assist print production workflow—collating, trimming, packaging finished jobs.
• Perform general shop upkeep and equipment maintenance.
• Handle outgoing mail and shipping preparation.
• Occasional local deliveries may be required with a valid driver’s license.
• Support front-of-house tasks during busy periods.
