HALO is looking for a Print Production Specialist responsible for coordinating the production of printed materials and related services to ensure high-quality outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role serves as the main point of contact for customers throughout the entire production lifecycle—from initial engagement to final product delivery—while also supporting internal manufacturing processes and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production of printed materials and print-related services, ensuring customer requirements are met accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customers, maintaining positive relationships and keeping them informed through all stages of production.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing, kitting, and shipping/postal instructions.
  • Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and ensure they are correctly queued into production schedules.
  • Support data entry and compilation of manufacturing instructions, reporting, and pre-billing packages.
  • Gather and analyze production data to support problem investigations, spoilage resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing departments, internal plants, and external vendors to coordinate the production of components.
  • Conduct quality reviews for job instructions and verify all necessary information before production begins.
  • Forward and review proofs with customers, securing approval of materials such as artwork, color separations, or ink samples.
  • Provide suggestions to customers regarding workflow or process improvements to enhance efficiency and value.
  • Resolve customer and manufacturing issues by engaging appropriate departments, verifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • May oversee smaller, recurring, or less complex jobs as the primary Print Production Account Specialist.
  • Participate in special projects and perform related duties as assigned.
