Responsibilities

• Operates production printing equipment to produce instructional material into comprehensive training manuals, as well as providing supplemental handouts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to teams, faculty, and program participants; provide, clarify, and exchange information on production print timelines, proofing, and policy, regulations and procedures.
• Proofing, editing, and making last-minute additions/deletions. Proofing of all output (page by page) to ensure equipment/operator accuracy.
• Inventory, stock room, and lifting (up to 60 lbs.)
• Operates a multitude of bindery equipment including comb binder, perfect binder, tape binder, cutter, folder, drill press, and laminator. Publication shipping and receiving.
• Provide technical support for all printing and bindery equipment. Maintain inventories for contracted and non-contracted supplies.
• Scanning, downloading, merging, and incorporating all necessary materials for each course. Provision course materials on thumb drives.
