Position Summary

The Production Operator, Manufacturing, performs various functions within the center, including operating equipment, moving boxes and equipment, managing computers and computerized equipment, filling out forms, sorting and collating papers, following supervisor instructions, and communicating effectively with team members in Digital and Signs & Graphics environments. The role primarily involves producing S&G print/finish orders according to customer specifications and maintaining the digital production area and equipment.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and produce Digital and Signs & Graphics print/finish orders as requested or directed.
• Operate printers, binding, and auxiliary equipment.
• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and repairs.
• Provide customer service and problem-solving support.
• Produce work adhering to LEAN manufacturing principles for quality and timeliness.
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist team members.
• Maintain work area to 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of related experience preferred.
• Experience with FXO products & services preferred.
• Experience in a commercial print environment preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Stand during entire shift, excluding breaks.
• Lift up to 55 pounds.
• Bend/twist at waist and knees.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Work cooperatively and follow instructions.
• Perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain attention and concentration over extended periods.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Report regularly to work and maintain business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range: $18.35 - $21.54/hr. Shift: 11am-7pm, Sunday-Thursday.
